Ryan’s Restoration is a family-run wood floor sanding business which takes pride in delivering high-quality work.

Company Van with FlagWe are based in Wellington, Somerset but travel to those locally around Taunton, Exeter, Bristol and Weston-super-mare who require our restoration service.

We have been working in the wooden flooring restoration industry since we left school, employed within our parent’s company which installs and restores sports halls to a very high standard. Naturally, during that time we have developed the skills required to restore your wooden floor to new, including sanding, staining, oiling, waxing, varnishing and using resins.

One of the things we work hard to achieve is good communication with our customers. We try our best to keep our clients well informed during the whole restoration process. We are very conscious that we are working in your home or property and will always do everything we can to ensure that the work is done to the highest standard and the processes used are the best for the effect you want to achieve so you get your ideal wooden floor.

We undertake all manner of restoration services, including sanding, sealing, repairs and general maintenance in the following areas:

What our customers say

Tone FM recently moved into the Market House where the offices have parquet flooring which has been covered for nearly 20 years! After the old carpets were removed during the refurbishment, the flooring was in an awful state but James and Alex completely transformed our flooring in a day!

Not only did they do a fantastic job on our floor, they were friendly, accommodating and explained how the process will work, keeping me informed through the day, as I wasn’t about.

I cannot recommend them highly enough and would be happy to use our office to showcase anybody who wanted to see the quality of their workmanship.

Darren, Tone FM

James  and his brothers did a fantastic job transforming  discoloured, pitted and damaged wood blocks into a beautiful floor.  They were very friendly, efficient, punctual, tidy and hard working.

We would not hesitate to recommend their services to others.

Janet and Mike of Winscombe
